The application fee includes the cost of training and the SIM dinner. Accommodation and travel is the responsibility of each attendee, however as hosts we will provide a list of suitable accommodation options for every budget as well as guidance on travel (see menu on left).

Chief instructors of organisations will be the guests of the London hosting team. All we ask is that they organise their travel to London. Once in London the London team will take care of everything else.

Parents and non-training guests are welcome to take part in the social programme (including the SIM dinner).

Insurance / Licence & Finance

•  All participants must a valid licence & insurance which must be shown at registration prior to participation in the event.
•  The Local Organizing Committee cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of personal items.
•  It is the practitioner's own responsibility to look after their own belongings.
•  A temporary budo licence / insurance may be issued but is only valid for a single event/course and costs £5.50
